365abe Terms & Conditions – Rules Governing Your Account

1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 365abe ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 365abe website, mobile site, and all associated products and services (collectively, "the Services").

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. • You are at least 21 years of age. Registration by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. We may request documentary proof of age at any time and reserve the right to suspend or permanently close accounts where age verification fails.

• You are not acting on behalf of a third party, business entity, or professional gambling syndicate.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 365abe, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded, self-excluded, or had an account suspended or terminated by 365abe for a breach of these Terms.
• It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. 365abe makes no representation that access to or use of the Services is legal in all locations. Players are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 365abe strongly advises you to use a unique, strong password and to never share your login details with any other person.

All activity that occurs under your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. You must not allow any other person to use your account to access the Services, place bets, or conduct financial transactions. Sharing accounts, selling accounts, or transferring account ownership to another person is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All transactions on 365abe are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals:

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account portal. These limits may be adjusted by 365abe at any time and are subject to change without prior notice. 365abe does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 365abe bears no responsibility.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

By placing a bet or wager on 365abe, you accept and agree to the specific rules applicable to that bet type, sport, or casino game. In the event of any conflict between the general rules in these Terms and the specific rules for a particular game or betting market, the specific rules shall prevail.

The following general betting conditions apply across the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 365abe is not responsible for errors made by the player when placing a bet, including incorrect stake amounts, incorrect selections, or selections placed on the wrong event or market.
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced or concluded before the bet was accepted will be voided and the stake returned, except in cases where live in-play betting is explicitly offered for that event.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an incorrectly listed price, obvious typographical error, or system malfunction — 365abe reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous price or as a result of the error. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 365abe and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account restriction.

• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on non-public information about the outcome of any event.
• Colluding with other players, dealer teams, or any third party in casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain financial advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a known or suspected technical error will be voided.
• Using the platform in any way that facilitates or conceals money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players, reverse-engineer the platform, or otherwise interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the Services.
• Using a payment method that you are not the authorised account holder of, or conducting chargebacks on deposits that have been legitimately wagered on the platform.

365abe employs fraud detection systems that operate continuously. Any account identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation, and 365abe's decision on such matters is final.

8. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Termination and Suspension

• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful conduct toward the platform, other players, or our staff.
• Your continued use of the Services poses a financial, reputational, or legal risk to 365abe.
• You have requested self-exclusion or we have identified indicators of problem gambling behaviour.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including bonus funds and associated winnings — may be forfeited at the sole discretion of 365abe. Where an account is closed for any other reason and no breach is established, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Note that voluntary closure does not entitle you to a refund of any funds already wagered.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights where such rights are recognised by law.

365abe's decisions on all betting outcomes, account actions, and bonus eligibility matters are final and binding in the absence of a demonstrable technical or clerical error on our part.

14. Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and 365abe with respect to the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver: The failure of 365abe to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in any future instance.

Language: These Terms are issued in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
